According to unaudited financial results, the Kraš Group generated consolidated total revenues of €93.4 million in the first half of 2026, representing a 3.8% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Total consolidated expenses in the first half of 2026 amounted to €89.8 million, which is 0.2% higher than in the previous year.

At the end of the first half of 2026, the Kraš Group recorded a net profit of €2.9 million, an increase of €2.6 million compared to the net profit achieved in the same period of the previous year. In addition, EBITDA amounted to €7.6 million, up €1.9 million year-on-year, while the EBITDA margin stood at 8.8%.

“The first half of 2026 was marked by revenue growth and an important strategic step - the acquisition of the production complex in Zaprešić, as a potential new location for future production. Through this strategic investment, we have created the foundations for a long-term increase in production capacity and new opportunities for the company’s growth. Going forward, we will continue to monitor market conditions while maintaining our investment focus, primarily in production, to ensure further business development and strengthen our competitive position,” said Tomislav Bagić, President of the Management Board of the Kraš Group.
