Socially Responsible Management
Social responsibility
Social responsibility is an integral part of our corporate culture and way of doing business. We are dedicated to creating a fair, safe, and equitable working environment. We are a member of SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) and successfully undergo the SMETA audit (SMETA Member Ethical Trade Audit), confirming compliance with international standards in the areas of labor rights, health, environmental protection, and ethics.
We have established a Code of Ethics aligned with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct. Our Code promotes human rights, gender equality, the protection of employee and whistleblower dignity, and combats discrimination, harassment, and child labor. To ensure the implementation and oversight of the Code, we have appointed an Ethics Committee responsible for addressing internal and external complaints, handling cases of ethical breaches, and safeguarding the confidentiality and protection of those who report misconduct.
At Kraš, 53% of management positions are held by women. It is important to highlight that men and women receive equal pay for performing the same work at the same level.
We at Kraš know that ethics is the foundation of successful and sustainable business. We will continue to invest in systems, people, and processes that ensure fair treatment of all stakeholders, promote human rights, and strengthen the resilience of our business system against unethical behavior.

Suppliers
At Kraš, we recognize that sustainability cannot be achieved without a responsible and ethical supply chain. Therefore, we are committed to sourcing raw materials from sustainable and certified sources, with a focus on ethical production and environmental protection.
Our key ingredients, such as cocoa, are procured from systems that ensure traceability of origin, prevent deforestation, enable responsible management, and create positive social impact.
We use exclusively recyclable packaging materials that allow proper disposal and recycling, meet food packaging functionality requirements, and support the circular economy.
The ethics and legality of our supplier relationships are governed by our Code of Conduct, which requires the prohibition of corruption and bribery, respect for human rights and legislation, as well as the prohibition of child labor and discrimination.
The Code also mandates care for worker safety and environmental protection, ensuring long-term partnerships based on transparency, legality, and shared responsibility for sustainable development.
