Integrated Management Systems

As early as 1997, Kraš introduced the ISO 9001 standard, laying the foundation for the development of an integrated management system. Over the years, the system has been expanded and strengthened through the implementation of standards covering environmental, energy, and ethical aspects of business.

The integrated management approach is confirmed by a number of certifications covering core business areas:

  • IFS Food – international standard for food safety and quality (GFSI)
  • ISO 9001 – quality management
  • ISO 14001 – environmental management
  • ISO 50001 – energy management
  • Halal certifikat – confirmation of compliance of selected products with Islamic standards
  • Rainforest Alliance – certification for sustainable sourcing of raw materials such as cocoa (Mass Balance model)
  • Vegan certifikat – confirmation that selected products are free from animal-derived ingredients

At production, retail, and hospitality locations, the HACCP system has been implemented in accordance with Codex Alimentarius principles.

Certified management systems serve as the foundation for concrete sustainability activities, while standardized approaches enable the implementation of measures to improve all business processes, enhance energy efficiency, ensure product safety, and strengthen accountability toward all stakeholders. In doing so, we affirm a long-term, transparent, and sustainable business model that meets the challenges of the modern market and societal expectations.
