As the leading confectionery company in Southeast Europe, as well as a company that continuously follows market trends and actively contributes to shaping them, Kraš once again participated this year in The International Confectionery Fair in Cologne, Internationale Süßwarenmesse (ISM). Held from 1 to 4 February 2026, this year’s edition confirmed the fair’s position as the world’s leading platform for the confectionery industry, bringing together around 1,600 exhibitors from 72 countries and approximately 32,500 business visitors.
Throughout the four-day trade fair, our booth welcomed a large number of existing business partners from various parts of the world, while numerous discussions were held with new potential customers who expressed interest in Kraš’s products. New business opportunities emerged, and concrete negotiations were initiated, particularly important in the context of Kraš’s strong export focus. Products from this Croatian company are available on shelves in more than 35 countries worldwide, with nearly half of total sales revenue generated from international markets.
In Cologne, we presented bestsellers from all three confectionery categories that we have been producing since our beginnings - cocoa products, biscuits and wafers, and candy products. Particularly strong interest was recorded in the biscuit and wafer category, especially for Frondi, Napolitanke, and Domaćica. Among cocoa products, Bajadera stood out in the praline category, along with Dorina chocolate bars, with visible signs of recovery in the global chocolate tablet market.
Beyond the business aspect, the fair was also a valuable opportunity for us to exchange ideas, experiences, and knowledge with partners and industry colleagues, further improving our ability to compete in international markets and strengthening long-term relationships.
